Designed with families and groups in mind, our home offers plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and make memories together — with vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, a game room, an outdoor fire pit, and deck space perfect for gathering.
The heart of the home is the open kitchen, dining area, and living room — perfect for a big family breakfast or winding down after a day at the lake. The living room's large U-shaped sectional is made for movie nights and game nights, with a Bluetooth sound bar for music throughout the day.
On the opposite side of the house you'll find a separate game room with a TV and foosball table — a great spot for kids to hang out, or for catching the big game without disturbing sleeping little ones.
A first-floor king bedroom offers easy access for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, including our favorite feature — a spacious bunk room with two handcrafted cedar bunk beds (twins on top, queens below), ideal for cousins or a kids' room. A Pack 'n Play is available in the bunk room closet.
Start your day with coffee on the front deck watching local wildlife, then gather on the back deck for evening grilling. The backyard's smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs are made for s'mores, stories, and stargazing.
A golf cart is available for guest use for an additional fee and signed waiver. Message us if you'd like to add it to your stay.
Feel free to use every part of the home. The only areas off-limits are two locked owner's closets on the first floor (near the kitchen and bathroom) and the shed out back.
Arrowhead Lake for swimming, fishing, and paddling — kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards can be rented at the Island Pool.
Choctaw & Minisink community pools, lifeguarded and open to guests.
Community playgrounds nearby for the kids.
Community courts available to guests during your stay.
Fully equipped for cooking, with dish soap, foil, parchment paper, and zip-top bags provided.

Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — sound carries across the lake.
Life jackets recommended for everyone, required for children 12 and under at community facilities. Children must be supervised near the water at all times.
The primary guest booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the full duration of the reservation.
Community Access Fees (Required by ALCA) — as a guest of this property, you'll have access to Arrowhead Lake Community Association amenities. ALCA charges the following mandatory fees, collected separately at the gate:
